Bakit Nga Ba Hallelujah Ang Hallelujah?
BAKIT NGA BA HALLELUJAH ANG HALLELUJAH?
Ano ang ibig sabihin nito?
MADALAS MONG MABANGGIT ANG SALITANG ITO, TAMA?
When you’re leading worship, when we can’t contain yung joy na nagmumula sa Lord,
or when we’re hearing someone preach about His Word, its truth, and the promises of God in it.
Anyway, let’s talk about the meaning of the word, Hallelujah.
Originally, ang salitang “Hallelujah” is a combination of parts ng dalawang Hebrew words.
First is “Hallelu” meaning “praise” and second is “jah” meaning (Jehovah or Yahweh.)
So, translating or converting it to the English language, the closest meaning na ibibigay natin is, “Praise the Lord!”
Kaya, every time that we are saying Hallelujah, we are saying and proclaiming, “Praise the Lord!”
Sa Bible, “Praise the Lord” was used mainly to OPEN or CLOSE a song of praise in public worship.
When you are praying and when your preaching or teaching His Word too.
1, “PRAISE THE LORD!
Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever!”
and before the end of the whole chapter, we can see it being used again,
48, “Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
from everlasting to everlasting!
And let all the people say, “Amen!”
PRAISE THE LORD!”
That’s the meaning of Hallelujah para sa inyo, Mga Kaps!
Bagong kaalaman
bagong natutuhan,
God bless, Mga Kaps!
